Chef Katija: Winter cabbage with pancetta and orange chocolate dessert

We are going to be spoiled again. Katija prepares her famous cabbage with pancetta. That's a real winter delicious Dalmatian meal like her grandmother used to do it. It used to be a meal for the poor. Today this is a much sought-after specialty and not only in Dubrovnik.
