It's lemon harvest time. Although you may find lemons in your supermarket whenever you like. Now in January is lemon high season harvest time. Now they are ripe. Now they have the most juice and now they taste like lemons should taste. There is no better taste than our Dalmatian lemon in Winter.
You may use it for your tea, to enrich your salad, for your sunday roast, to make your lemonade or, or, or...
I know you like your ones in your refrehing summer cocktails, but believe me they are by far not the same lemons.
No supermarket can deliver them like they are when you pick them directly from the tree. Try a pure lemon and try not to make a funny face or take at least a selfie!
