Step into the flavours of the Mediterranean with our Olive Oil Tasting & Brunch in Trsteno, hosted at our family olive-grove farm. Set among ancient olive trees and the calm countryside atmosphere, this outdoor experience is all about slow living, local ingredients, and authentic Dalmatian hospitality. You’ll begin with a guided olive oil tasting, learning how to recognize aromas, balance, and quality—then move into a relaxed brunch made with fresh, homemade ingredients from our garden and trusted neighbouring farms. Expect seasonal bites inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, enriched with fragrant Mediterranean herbs and of course, drizzled and paired with our olive oils throughout. Your host is Chef Katija, a celebrated name in Croatia for her traditional Dalmatian cuisine. She’s known for her warm, story-filled approach to cooking and has earned the title of an "Ambassador for nurturing and preserving Croatian tradition", dedicated to sharing local heritage through food.
